INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to analyse the current methods of communication used across the college, rationalise and streamline systems and practice to enhance the form, tone and content of all communication.
This will encompass both internal and external stakeholder communications and touch upon many fundamental aspects of the college and its work including teaching and learning, leadership and management, marketing as well as its mission and ethos.
Recent changes in the nature of communication have been intensified by the effects of the COVID-19 virus and the college’s desire to take the best aspects of its response to the crisis into the post pandemic future has made this work all the more timely.
